Type of drugs

actually I really wanna watch CSI miami at AXN channel but I can't....
So the only fun things for me is online and updating everything....

oke...let's "bersembang gebang" in my blog...
Since that my department was situated in front of pharmacy department..
they tend to frequently send their test request to us
precisely it is in my laboratory where I've been posting now

Must be certain of you will feel so "pelik"...farmasi pown ade orang sakit kew?..
it is for the drugs@ubat ubat yang ade larh
Actually drugs can be divided into to which is therapeutic drugs and the misusage drugs..
ape tak paham?..oke let me explain it following my knowledge..

Therapeutic drugs is the type of drugs use as medication by doctors to the patients..
In order to make sure that the drugs is continuosly safe for the patients
Then the pharmacist gonna request for therapeutic drugs monitoring (TDM)
This test is absolutely important because it can decide whether the drugs still can be use or not..
Usually the patient blood will be used to monitor the drugs..

The other types of drugs is where people tend to used the drugs in uncontrolled intake..
Usually for XY teens larh kan....opssss!!!!
This things usually requested by police by range of 99% and another 1% is for medical check-up...
We called this kind of test is urine drugs monitoring....
Urine is because urine is used to screening the drugs contain inside..

I didn't know what kind of machine used for this test because I've never done it before..
but for sure the machine principle is immunoassay like the HbsAg machine..
I wanna do that...EN.K please teach me to do the urine drugs pleaseee....:(

Dear guys,.I am a MLT students and this the limitation of my knowledge..
Please correct my facts if I am wrong and also help others to know more about this..
Our knowledge is important for them..


p/s....I'm gonna make venous puncture to screen my blood for routine tests and TSH....arkkk,...sakit okeh!!!!

p/s....tadi duduk sebelah kakak yang baru bersalin and nampak muka merah baby yang baru berapa hari...MasyaAllah sangat takjub dengan perasaan kurniaan Allah masa itu...
