Part of MLT . . .

Assalamualaikum w.b.t
Hye guy's...long time didn't see you all...
Last evening,.I had the "cipika-cipiki" session with my friends at there...
It is sad but hopefully we can meet again in future..

During my attachment at this GH, I was assigned in this 2 labs which is cytology and histopathology..
Cytology is about all of the cell in our body..
You have to make the interpretation with the slaid that had been sent into lab..
normally this lab will be received gynaecology sample that is PAP smear (girls only)
The person who can screen and interpret the slaid is known as cytoscreener...
believe me.!!it took you more than a year to be a good cytoscreener..

Meanwhile, histopathology is about all of the tissue in our organs..
If a person already done a surgery to remove the damage organs,..the organs will be sent to this lab...
Then this is the moment where the histo staff need to participate..
the organs sent will be gross by a doctor, process, embedd, sectioning, stain and mount...
among all of the process,.I like the grossing process alots..
you want to know why?..ahaks!!!lemme' explain..

Grossing is where the doctor need to describe the organs appearance when it is receive...
For example if the person got colon cancer then the organ need to be remove..
It very big thus the doctor gonna cut the colon and fix it again for 24 hours..
Since that I like medical field a lot so I can manage this things quite well...
Except for the chemical carcinogenic smell...it's totally awful okeh!!

By the way,.only the person involve can understand about this...Sorry ya..!!!
For me medical is the best things and also I like this unique smell when I enter the lab..
It's felt like the smell were doing cleaning on my lungs...
Because everyday I need to smell the xylene and the alcohol...
somehow being a MLT is awesome things especially when the staff said that labs part play the biggest role in order to help doctor determinate the treatment....

..Can I juz fine my soulmate among the staff in the hospital?..or maybe I should kidnapp someone there?..(giler ape kau!!)...:)


p/s... 1) why there is always "perpisahan" between the "pertemuan" with the kind-hearted person?
    ... 2) gonna miss to assist the doctors to grossing the tissue..can I turn the time backwards?...
